Prime Minister Netanyahu's accession took place according to their agreement and as the Likud Center decided. Last Thursday, the Likud tribunal, under the chair of the tribunal, Adv. Ariel Buchnik, decided that the center's decision to prevent the holding of pre-party elections is illegal.

According to the tribunal's decision last week, additional proceedings must be held in the party's institutions to confirm the cancellation of the preliminary elections, including changing the Likud's constitution and obtaining a two-thirds majority of the party's center.

The political system now estimates that after the chairman joins the request to cancel the pre-election list, the likelihood that the tribunal will cancel the primaries to the list and tomorrow (Monday) is expected to have another hearing on the issue, with an expanded panel of five judges.

Meanwhile, Netanyahu's head of staff, Asher Hayun, recently spoke with Tzipi Hotbelly and told her that she had the intention of appointing her to the position of Sarah immediately after the primaries. Hotlowley confirmed this, saying that this matter should wait until after the primaries.

Deputy Minister Hototli added in the preliminary elections that "the Likud movement must understand that today's decision is against all the Israeli left's attack, on the legitimacy of the Likud to go after a leader who has won victories time after time. The Left's boycott is an illegitimate boycott."

On the other hand, MK Michal Shir, from the Gideon Sa'ar camp, said: "We are in a situation where Likud officials need to decide whether they support the path or support the leader. Unfortunately, Netanyahu is blocked. Block against Gantz, block against Lieberman, block against the establishment of the right-wing government or unity. We went and supported him, but at the end of the day, to our delight, the Likud movement is growing another leader, Gideon Sa'ar, who can form a government. "
