At Buckingham Palace last night (Saturday) they posted a particularly sweet picture, documenting four generations of the royal house, preparing together a special pudding with Christmas fruit to be held this week on December 24th.
In the photo, Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, Prince William and his son, Prince George, are especially sweet when they smile and laugh. The photo was taken in the palace music room, with a fir tree decorated in the back with crowns.
The pudding was prepared as part of the Royal British Legion Initiative, one of 99 foods distributed towards 2020, to mark the 99th year of the Legion's Christmas charity activity.
The Royal British Legion said: "We are proud to start a new tradition for our community with the support of Her Majesty the Queen and three generations of her family. The pudding preparation is part of a traditional family activity, and we look forward to sharing the pudding made with the royal family."
Last week, it was announced that Prince Charles is expected to make his first official visit to Israel after Christmas, and that he is also expected to visit the Palestinian Authority.
The Eternal Prince delivered a personal letter to President Reuben Rivlin ahead of his arrival at the World Holocaust Forum to be held in January 2020. In his letter, the Prince thanked the President for the invitation to attend the Leaders' Conference on January 23, adding that he would express his deep and personal respect .
