Hanukkah holiday began last night with lighting of menorahs, eating donuts, sphinxes and pies, and also with the traditional game of raccoons, a game that continues to be popular even centuries after it was invented. On the occasion of the holiday, New York's Jewish Diamond Jewelery in New York created a prestigious and glittering spinning top with the coveted title of "The World's Most Precious Spatula" by Guinness Book of Records.
"We wanted to create something new that was unique to us and connected to the field of Judaica," explains Benjamin Cordipur, the jeweler who designed and built the spinning top for four months.

The unique spinning wheel is made by hand and is made of 134.75 grams of 18 carat gold, and is embedded in 222 diamonds and pieces of white gold, which together form the letters N. G. H. S. on the sides of the spinning top. The round tip is made of a 4.2 carat diamond. It is 10.8 cm high and is larger than usual. It was inspired by the New York Chrysler Building, located just a few blocks from the Goldsmiths Showroom.
Due to its valuable components combined together by a craftsman, the raccoon was recognized by Guinness Book of World Records as the world's most expensive raccoon.
So how much does it cost? As far as is known, currently the spinning top is not for sale, but its value is estimated at $ 70,000. Yes, at this price you can buy a few hundred thousand simple spoons, indulge in a whole carton of quality donuts and also stay with the surplus for Chanukah fees.
