The plaintiffs were Yu Fengjin and Huibi Co., Ltd., and the defendants were also Xu Liushan Food Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Yu Fengjin stated that he signed a lease with the defendant in May this year and leased the shop on Lee Garden Hill Road in Causeway Bay to the defendant for 235,000 yuan. The defendant defaulted on the rent from the same month.
However, Hui Bi Co., Ltd. disclosed in the written statement that it rented the premises in Jordan's Parkes Street to the defendant at a monthly rent of 100,000 yuan. However, the defendant owed rent for the last three months and rates.
