However, in a letter issued to parents this week, school principal Guy Pearson wrote that the investigation into the matter was complete and that its conclusions were forwarded to the "relevant authorities." With the allegations made to the commander of the Regional Sex Offenses Unit, a police investigation into the matter could be made to see if she "nurtured" the students for sexual purposes. However, the teacher's attorney, William Booth, said he doubted such an investigation would be effective. He replied: "Sexual cultivation is a very difficult thing to prove and you need evidence from the person or people who went through it. The police will have to get signed statements from those involved and their name will be known to the public." At this point, the lawyer wondered why only the teacher's name was published while that of the students over 18 was not published.

The teacher, who also served as a water and rugby instructor, was charged last month with "intense sexual contact" with an 18-year-old student who revealed the details to his parents and claimed that he initially had a sexual relationship with the teacher of his own free will, but when he decided to end the relationship - she refused to leave. During the investigation, four other boys, students today and in the past, confessed to having sex with the teacher.

The school's management said it was never aware of the teacher's sexual involvement with the students. Since the scandal became public and Yutti has not spoken publicly and was twice admitted to a psychiatric clinic when the mental state was very bad.

Viotti married her husband, 32-year-old Fabo Viotti, a little over a year ago, but since the case was released the two have split. She is also part of the British royal family - she is the sister-in-law of Lady Emilia Spencer, daughter of Charles Spencer, younger brother of Princess Diana. Fiona's father, Dave Malt, also teaches at the school, her uncle is the famous rugby coach Nick Malt and her grandfather, Anthony Malt, has run the school for 18 years.
