Some netizens launched a "Here and Shop" event at Telford Plaza in Kowloon Bay at night. At more than 7 pm, more than 100 demonstrators gathered in the mall and marched to restaurants of Maxim's Group. Some restaurants include Starbucks. , Genki Sushi are closed and closed, only Maxim's Palace remains open, but there are not many diners. At about 9 am, most shops have already closed.

At more than 8 pm, riot police officers entered the platform of Telford Plaza and raised the blue flag for a time. Later, the police returned to Kowloon Bay MTR Station, but then rushed into the mall again to apply pepper spray and subdued several people. Many reporters, including "Hong Kong 01" reporters, were sprayed with pepper spray. The riot police and the demonstrators in the mall talked to each other. Police officers warned that if someone threw something, they would use rubber bombs, and instructed their robes to prepare rubber bombs. They also said that if someone screamed, they would be arrested. The police also demanded that all reporters take out their press cards for inspection and constantly questioned the existence of fake reporters. In the end, they only checked the press cards of several people and did not check them.

By about 10pm in the evening, at least ten people were arrested in Telford and all were taken to tour buses.
