A red color alarm was heard on Wednesday evening in Ashkelon and several localities in the Ashdod area. At this stage, the defense establishment is investigating whether rockets were launched from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory.
Alarms were heard while Prime Minister Netanyahu was visiting Ashkelon as part of his Freedom Campaign for tomorrow's Likud primaries. The prime minister's security guards took him off the stage.
