(CNN) - Prince Andrew attended a private mass in the church on Christmas Day with his family on Wednesday, showed photos of the Queen's Sandringham estate.

The 59-year-old man, also known as the Duke of York, walked to the church of Santa Maria Magdalena with his older brother, Prince Charles.

Two royals who did not attend the royal Christmas tradition were the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who have spent family time in Canada. "They are enjoying sharing the warmth of the Canadian people and the beauty of the landscape with their young son," the spokesman added.
