[Police firearm case] The university student involved in the case must apply for a daily curfew to apply for bail

The defendant, Zhang Junfu (age 22, a student of the Open University), was charged with one count of conspiracy to injure someone and one count of possession of offensive weapons and other tools suitable for illegal use.

30,000 cash and 30,000 person guarantee

After the defendant applied for bail last week (20th) and was rejected by the magistrate Lin Ziqin, he applied for a review again today (27th). Magistrate He Junyao decided to approve the defendant's bail application after reviewing the available evidence. The defendant needs to report to the police station every day, pay 30,000 yuan in cash and 30,000 yuan in personal security for his brother. He must not leave Hong Kong during the bail period and must comply with a curfew.
