Head of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the Libyan Parliament, Yusuf Al-Aqouri, affirmed that the Turkish regime's support for terrorism in Libya aims to find a foothold in it.
The Sputnik news agency quoted Akouri as saying that the reconciliation government, which is begging the intervention of the Turkish regime, is "illegitimate and does not represent the will of the Libyan people because it did not gain the confidence of Parliament."
Erdogan had talked yesterday about his expansionist ambitions and Ottoman illusions to reoccupy the region and announced his intention to send Turkish forces to Libya and make the parliament controlled by his Brotherhood party vote on this matter next month.
