The government announced today (27th) the appointment of six new members of the Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee and the reappointment of five current members for a two-year term, with another current member appointed for another year, effective January 1, 2020.

The six new members include Zhang Ruiqi, Cai Desheng, Fang Xin, Lin Dexing, Mo Zhonghui, and Yang Quansheng.
