The impact of the snow and rainstorm called (Lulu) will continue on many Lebanese regions, amid expectations that it will intensify tomorrow evening and continue until next Sunday.
The Lebanese National News Agency stated that the snow covered the highlands and the Dahr al-Baydar area, which led to the slide of some vehicles, indicating that the storm crippled for the third day in a row the navigation and fishing movements in Sidon because of the high wind speed and high waves, with heavy rains falling throughout the night and in the morning hours.
The Lebanese Meteorological Department reported that the heavy rains will intensify from tomorrow afternoon, accompanied by thunderstorms and winds, especially during the evening period, with showers of cold and snow at a height of 1000 meters and above.
