26-year-old Chia Handley, a deck worker, admitted last week in Australian court that she was drunk with alcohol and had sex with the yacht captain she worked while crashing after crashing into another yacht. Piggett pleaded guilty to two counts of causing a risk while leaving his position and was fined $ 4,000 and sentenced to two years of probation. David Punch, her attorney, claimed the damage did not occur in the 10 minutes when Handley was negligent in her role.
