Yemen's Houthi militia spokesman Yahya Sariya claimed on Friday that a special unit of the insurgents had launched a 1-way ballistic missile at a Saudi military post in the border region. He said the operation led to dozens of dead, according to Al-Masira's website. No official reference has yet been reported in Saudi Arabia.

According to Sariya, the rockets were launched as part of "the legitimate and natural response to the Saudi regime's crimes, the last of which took place in the Al Raku market." This is an attack that took place yesterday in a maritime district in Yemen. According to a report by al-Masirah affiliated with the Houthis, some 17 civilians have died in the bombings, including 12 immigrants from Africa.

The Houthi spokesman said the missiles hit the target accurately and resulted in casualties in the Saudi army, including dozens of dead and wounded.

The current war in Yemen has continued since 2015 and the number of people killed has long crossed the 100,000 population. The Houthi militia, which leads the northern Shiite Silk tribes, receives widespread support from Iran.

On the other hand, Saudi Arabia is leading a coalition in which UAE and other countries are taking part. Recently, an agreement was also signed between the Northern and the Government of Eden. However, the battles still continue. During the war, hordes of children were starving as a result of the Saudi siege of the ports, and many civilians were killed following the attacks on both sides.
