A wounding occurred in Happy Valley. At about 3 am, a man drove a Mercedes-Benz RV along Queen's Road East, in front of the light at the junction of Wong Nai Chung Road, and was suddenly stopped by the front and rear brakes of 3 private cars. Six to seven men rushed out with a hammer, broke the windshield and windows of the front of the Mercedes-Benz RV, and fled after being injured by the evil knife.
The injured driver suffered multiple stab wounds to his head and body. The ambulanceman reported to the injured driver and sent him to the hospital. The police arrived to investigate the driver and did not disclose the reason for the attack. Detectives removed a sledgehammer and labor gloves at the scene and suspected that the injured had been attacked for personal grievances. The case is still under investigation.
