The Supreme Court accepted the state appeal and unanimously convicted a defendant of committing sex offenses with his minor family members for nearly 30 years.

According to the verdict, the defendant committed cause and repeated indecent acts in some of his family's daughters. In one of the minors, his family member often performed sodomy, with another family member doing sodomy and indecent acts and in fact an obscene attempt at a third family member. There is also a further complaint of sexual harassment on the part of the accused, by a fourth family member, but this offense applies to the statute of limitations and therefore cannot be convicted.

The Supreme Court overturns the decision of the Haifa District Court judges, who unanimously acquitted the defendant of all the offenses attributed to him in the indictment.

Judge Joseph Elron ruled: "After carefully examining the evidence pooled in the district court, I found that a solid evidentiary foundation was laid for the respondent's duty, which does not allow for any other reasonable conclusion except that the respondent committed the offenses attributed to him."

It read: "The testimonies of the victims supported and reinforced each other, and one continuous line could be identified between them. This line has been spread over more than half a century, but demonstrates the respondent's uniform pattern of behavior: Taking advantage of opportunities for daily family reunion With a minor family member, momentary or planned, to satisfy his sexual desires. "

The judge rejected all of the defendant's arguments, arguing that the complainants were co-ordinated versions: "The similarity of the complaining family members' versions in this case is precisely the respondent's duty, as it can be traced to a systematic action by the respondent, which has harmed a number of family members under similar falsehoods Taking advantage of opportunities that have come his way in the family "," the judges wrote.
