In 2008, the world credit crisis erupted, following which, among other things, it seemed that Israeli businessman Isaac Tshuva was exhausting himself. In Northern European countries, such as Norway, a national fund has been established to which some of the profits from natural gas and oil exports are poured. Norway is one of the largest energy exporters in the world, and despite its efforts to preserve revenues for future purposes, it has groups of melines that are seriously hurting the industries due to its focus on energy issues. But the standard of living of its citizens is higher, and the discoveries of energy have given it independence that allowed it not to join the EU.
