Knesset Member Alex Kushnir, number 7 in the Israel House, released an election propaganda video that sparked a fierce storm on the Internet. In the video, he challenges the laws of shaking them strictly to keep traditional and religious women, and hangs all the disadvantages of the health system in complying with this commandment. The video, as mentioned, has generated many echoes and has received the reactions of many and well-known media people. Among the brave figures can be seen Amir Ivgi who broadcast on the GSS a poignant statement in which he called MK Kushnir 'anti-Semitic', Haim Levinson who expressed his request for the 12 request, the singer Nathan Goshen and more.

Amir Ivgi is not afraid to tell the truth

Amir, you have defined Knesset Member 'anti-Semitic' in broadcast

The very fact that a person - and I am not yet talking about the fact that it is a Jew and a Knesset member - takes another person's commandment, practice or belief and disrespects it in this way - is delusional by any measure. When he says: Look at what this man's commandment does to you, see how much it costs you and what price you pay for it, he basically tells the public: All the health system's sick people are because of the women who obey the commandment. Do you realize what it is? All in all, a woman wants to maintain the purity of her family and her faith. I am not a religious person and nothing like that - but I respect the faith of the other. When it gets expressed in such a way it just makes me sick. What other word besides 'anti-Semitic' is there to describe such a situation? When they say of a Jew whose very act he steals something from someone else - it has no other term but anti-Semitism.

How do you relate to the logical arguments he presented there?

What arguments? Ever since the video came up, people have been writing to me endlessly detailing how utterly ignorant he is and has no idea how things are going. It's a sensitive issue. Even when you want to talk about it and tell the truth - the ability to cope is problematic because it is an issue in the rooms, but first and foremost, it must be made clear that it has shown complete ignorance of its understanding of the whole process, and the second is the anti-Semitic scent that arises from it. Kushnir sinned twice. He also does not understand the procedure done there, and also acted as the last of the anti-Semites. I get stories about medical examinations that saved some of these women, about women sent by a rabbi for examination, thinking that this was something that was wrong, and often bleeding that resulted from a medical problem. If every non-religious woman goes to the doctor, then a religious woman goes to the doctor as well. What's wrong? I talk about it angrily. It bothers me as a man and as a citizen.

As a journalist who has covered quite a few election campaigns - where should a red flag be waved? Where does the border go?

What was good about the video, which was very bare with its anti-Semitism, was that it was very honest. Once he said that this is the problem of the ultra-Orthodox, we all realize that the issue of recruitment does not bother them, not integration into the labor market and more, but the religious way of life. It is no longer a cultural or social issue, they simply do not allow the religious to be religious. And here in the eyes of the border crossing. It is no longer a supermarket or public transport on Saturday, it is already the private space of the religious, inside their home, it is already what they do in the rooms. This is madness, and this is where a red flag should be raised.

What does Israel do to our home?

Probably. The ultra-Orthodox parties should boycott their own "Israel our house" after such anti-Semitic statements. Just as Israel our home knows to threaten not to sit with the ultra-Orthodox, the ultra-Orthodox must decide that they should not sit with them. And by the way, not just the ultra-Orthodox. For me, any party that gives a hand like that is a serious problem. You can have a debate about the character of a public space, but entering such places is anti-Semitic. No other word.

Whatever happens in the rainbow

Media person Haim Levinson also condemns the repulsive video of the Knesset member. And so there were things in the panel at Rainbow Studios 12:

Levinson: "I have to tell you, it all scares me, it is so repulsive to me"
- It's anti-Semitic
L: "I don't like to use this word, so I'll just use ... all the illustrations that come up in the middle, all kinds of cartoons of rabbis, like because of some particular religious interest, people are waiting for the flu vaccine because of some religious interest people have been waiting for months. It's also a compulsion? Women are going to do voluntarily "
- But it's still done in hospitals
L: "Sorry, ma'am, plastic surgery is also done in hospitals. So, we will make a video that because of plastic surgery, people don't have flu vaccines?"
- This whole story can be summed up in two words: cheap propaganda.
- And I would say a burning internal hatred. And this is just the trailer, imagine you haven't started the election yet ...
- In my opinion, Lieberman did not see the video.
L: "Okay, let's say he doesn't know. But he's seen it ever since, there's a storm in the net? If he doesn't believe it, he'll say."
