134 Palestinian organizations promoting de-legitimization and boycotts against Israel recently contacted Thomas Nickelson, the EU's representative in the Palestinian Authority, in a joint letter denying a standby clause accepting funding from the union in a commitment to avoid contact with terrorist organizations.

They claim that declared terrorist organizations such as the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and Hamas are in fact "political parties" and that they are not ready to act as "EU policemen".

Subsequently, Minister of Strategic Affairs Gilad Arden sent a letter to Joseph Borel, EU Foreign Affairs and Defense Commissioner last night, seeking to strengthen his hands under the pressure boycott of the boycott organizations to change the section in question. Minister Arden called for the EU to cease funding and requested that in 2020 no funds be transferred to organizations with ties to terrorist organizations.

"It is imperative that the EU requires funding, which is funded, to be transparent about how to use the aid money. I urge you to keep the funding conditions you have set and to avoid any money transfer to organizations related to terrorism," Minister Arden added.

In recent years, the ministry has been leading political activities in order to expose the West's terrorist connections to the West. The "terrorists in suits" report showed more than 100 connections from BDS to declared terrorist organizations, headed by HZA and Hamas. According to the report, so-called "innocent" Palestinian civil society organizations serve as launderers to launder terrorist activities and thus succeed in raising legitimate funds from various political parties, headed by the UN. The opposition of these organizations, to the basic section that prevents terrorist financing, proves the report's claim and explains the attempt to subvert their relations with HAS and Hamas.

Information obtained from the Office of Strategic Issues and the NGO Monitor shows that over the years, EU institutions have provided millions of euros of financial support to Palestinian civil society organizations that promote boycotts and ties to terrorism.
