Mexico City, January 3 (SinEmbargo) .- Elements of the Secretariat of the Navy (Semar) arrested Jesus Adolfo Bolaños “El 50”, head of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) in Coatzacoalcos, who would have been responsible for the attack to the Caballo Blanco bar, where more than 20 people died and to Daniel Ortega, Comandante Meca and / or Calavera ”, the alleged operational leader of the CJNG, in Veracruz.

According to reports from the Semar, the monitoring of information on organized crime groups and various state security actions resulted in the arrest of both subjects while traveling in a van, locating between their belongings doses of stone and glass.

“El 50” has been indicated as responsible for the armed attack at the Caballo Blanco bar, last August, an incident where 32 people died and is listed as one of the CJNG chiefs of the Plaza in Coatzacoalcos.

For his part, "Comandante Meca" is considered one of the generators of violence in the southern zone of the state of Veracruz, and designated by the Security Cabinet as the operational leader of "El 50".

ATTACK AT THE WHITE HORSE BAR

On August 28, the “El Caballo Blanco” night bar was attacked at 10:00 p.m. local time when it was full of people, first with bursts of machine guns by individuals who fired indiscriminately and then dropped Molotov bombs that caused the death of several people.

“El Caballo Blanco” is a popular bar located in the town of Coatzacoalcos, on Román Martín street in the Palma Sola neighborhood.

The authors of the attack entered the premises, which offers all kinds of attractions for adults, and fired at close range and then set the furniture on fire with the so-called “molotov” bombs.

Hugo Gutiérrez, Secretary of Public Security of Veracruz, that the attack on the bar "The White Horse" in which more than 20 people died, was perpetrated by the Jalisco Cartel Nueva Generación.

Gutierrez said that the main line of investigation of the fire caused by Molotov bombs points to a conflict over drug trafficking between the Jalisco New Generation cartel and Los Zetas criminal groups.
