RATP and SNCF strike: metro, RER, bus… traffic forecasts for this Tuesday in Île-de-France

This Tuesday, January 7 will not escape the rule, according to the traffic forecasts released by the SNCF and the RATP this Monday. Thus, and while unions and government meet for new negotiations, here is what awaits you on the front of metros, buses, RER, Transilien and trams this Tuesday in Île-de-France.

Subways

Line 1: normal traffic (with risk of saturation).

Line 2: 1 train out of 3 in the morning (6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.) and 1 train out of 4 in the evening (4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.) all along the line. The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 3: 1 train out of 4 in the morning between Opera and Pont de Levallois and 1 train out of 4 in the evening across the whole line. The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 3bis: 1 train out of 2 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 4: 1 train out of 2 on the whole line during rush hour (6:30 am to 9:30 am and 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm). The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 5: 1 train out of 4 between Place d'Italie and Bastille in the morning (6:30 am to 9:30 am) and 1 train out of 3 between Bobigny and Stalingrad in the evening (4:30 pm to 7:30 pm). The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 6: 1 train out of 2 between Nation and Denfert-Rochereau in the evening (16:30 to 19:30). The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 7: 1 train out of 2 on the whole line during peak hours (6:30 am to 9:30 am and 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm). The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 7 bis: 1 train out of 2 on the whole line during rush hour (6:30 am to 9:30 am and 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm). The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 8: 1 train out of 4 on the whole line during rush hour (6:30 am to 9:30 am and 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm). The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 9: 1 train out of 4 on the whole line at peak times (6:30 am to 9:30 am and 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm). The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 10: 1 train out of 3 in the morning and 1 out of 2 in the evening all along the line during rush hour (6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.). The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

Line 12: 1 train out of 5 between Concorde and Mairie d'Issy in the evening (4.30-7.30pm). The rest of the day, traffic is zero.

The RER

RER A: line open from 5 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

1 train out of 2 from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

1 train every 15 minutes between the stations of Vincennes and La Défense between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

1 train every 30 minutes on the branches of Chessy - Marne La Vallée, Boissy-Saint-Léger and Saint-Germain-en-Laye between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm. Interconnection ensured at Nanterre-Préfecture.

1 train out of 2 on the Cergy and Poissy branches during rush hour. 1 train per hour and per axis during off-peak hours.

Last visit to Châtelet - Les Halles around 7:30 p.m. in both directions

RER B: Line open from 5.30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

1 train out of 2 during rush hour from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and from 4:30 to 8 p.m. 1 train out of 3 in off-peak hours from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Interconnection interrupted at Gare du Nord (need to change trains).

Between Gare du Nord and CDG / Mitry Airport: 1 train out of 2 all day.

Last visit to Châtelet - Les Halles around 8:15 p.m. in both directions.

RER C: All branches are served all day long with 2 trains out of 5 on average.

RER D: North: trains terminate at Châtelet origin, all axes are served with 1 train out of 2 at peak and one train out of 3 during off-peak hours

South: 1 train out of 3 on the Paris-Lyon - Corbeil station and Paris-Lyon - Melun station, supplemented by 1 train out of 5 on Corbeil Melun and Juvisy Malesherbes.

The interconnection is suspended between Châtelet and Paris-Lyon station.

RER E: 1 train on 2 on average on the Haussmann Chelles and Haussmann Villiers Tournan axes.

The buses

Bus network: three buses out of four on average.

Orlybus: 3 buses out of 4.

Roissybus: normal traffic

The Transilien

Line H: 1 train out of 2 on all axes. The Creil - Persan - Valmondois - Pontoise link is partially provided by train and supplemented by buses.

Line J: 2 trains out of 3 on average across all branches.

Line K: 2 trains out of 3 on Paris Crépy + bus connections between Crépy and Mitry.

Line L: 2 trains out of 3 on all branches.

Line N: 1 train out of 2 for all the axes over the 5h / 22h period.

Line P: All the branches are served all day with an average of 1 train out of 2.

Line R: 1 train out of 5 (Transilien and TER trains).

Line U: 1 train out of 2 over the period 6h / 22h.

Trams

T2, T5, T7, T8: normal traffic.
