Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Ariasa reiterated his country's rejection of the US administration's interference in the internal affairs of Venezuela and its institutions.
"Venezuela is an independent and sovereign country and this is not well understood by the United States government ... They must take care of the catastrophe they intend to provoke through new wars for oil," Ariasa said on Twitter.
The Venezuelan foreign minister condemned the reactions and policy of slanders and interventions by pro-US Latin American governments on the current political situation in Venezuela.
And Venezuela is exposed to the attempts of American intervention in its internal affairs and destabilization by tightening economic and financial sanctions and supporting right-wing forces in a desperate attempt by Washington to revive its plans to dominate this country that possesses huge oil wealth and the coup against the legitimate president using all means, including violence and chaos.
