Puerto Rico, on alert for possible aftershocks 4:41

(CNN Spanish) - An earthquake of magnitude 6.5 shook Puerto Rico at dawn on Tuesday, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).

The epicenter was located 5 kilometers south-west of Tallaboa and at a depth of 10 kilometers, according to the report.

A tsunami is not planned for the earthquake on Tuesday, the National Tsunami Warning Center said.

On Monday, an earthquake shook Puerto Rico during the early morning and there were expected to be many aftershocks.
