The earth shook again in Puerto Rico. This morning an earthquake of magnitude 6.4 shook the island. A 77-year-old man died when a wall of his house fell and there are reports of several injured. Governor Wanda Vázquez declared a state of emergency on the island. There are reports of power outages and severe damage to various infrastructure. This Tuesday, public works were suspended, except for employees who respond to emergencies. Since last December 28, Puerto Rico has suffered a series of seismic movements.
