The cold, the rain and the harsh weather also do not overlook the miserable puppies that were abandoned on Wednesday across the country. Concerned citizens called the center of the Animal Welfare Association in Israel and reported on puppies abandoned inside cardboard boxes.
The association asked the applicants to report to the veterinary departments in the city because of the heavy load at the shelter, but these refused to absorb the pups. The Society's rescue vehicle collected the puppies from various locations in the country and brought them to the Association's Tel Aviv shelter at 15 Herzl Street.

Hilma Shmuskowitz, chairman of the Israeli Animal Grief Association: "It is sad that people who are heartless and shamelessly throw away stormy days of rainstorms and hordes of helpless puppies to the brutal street. It is fortunate that there are other kind-hearted people who have arrested and protected them until collected by us. "The association is asking the public to keep an eye out and report to the hotline about any distressed animal on phone 4553 *
