Toluca's feminicide confesses to her mother: "Yes, I killed dad, your boyfriend's sister ..."
- “How are you son?”, His mother asks Óscar García Guzmán, the man accused of the murder of Jessica Guadalupe Jaramillo, and responsible for the murder of five other women, as he himself said.
- “Well, I don't care. Hey, my pets? ”Replies from the prison the alleged feminicide, also known as 'the monster of Toluca' .
The recordings, released by the journalist Héctor de Mauleón in the newspaper El Universal, correspond to a phone call between the accused and his mother, who has not been identified.
García Guzmán was arrested in early December by the police of the State of Mexico. Before his capture, he had threatened on social networks that he would continue to kill women if the safety of his pets, three dogs and a cat was not guaranteed, which he left at home when he fled from the police.
The authorities found Jaramillo's body buried in the courtyard of that building when they finally entered with a search warrant. The family of the young psychology student spent four nights of terror in front of García Guzmán's house, knowing that she was there and could not rescue her.
Police found two more bodies buried in the house. He told his mother on the phone that he did not regret any of his crimes. He only cared about his pets.
- “No, I already… Look, my three options are these. Listen to them, but don't feel gacho [ugly]. There are three soups: either they kill me or I kill myself or I die here as an old man , and it's the only thing there is for me, ”says García Guzmán.
- "Oh son."
- "It is what it is. It was what I told the detective when I surrendered. I just wanted my pets to be fine. If my pets are cool, whatever it is from me. As I have not seen you, I do not know if they taught you the recording. That is, everything I said, because it is net, why do I lie to you, so that I blow you? Yes, I killed dad , I killed… ”
- "Oh son."
- “… to your boyfriend's sister, I say, I am having fun, but it is what it is. I'm also a murderer, it's not for me to be having a good time, is it? That is, if you find out that something has happened to me, you calm down, you don't even bury me, since whatever it is from me, will it? ”
-"No, son".
Then, when she asks if he has been beaten and if he is in a cell only "or with everyone", he answers:
—Ahorita, by the process, I'm alone. But it is too late that they will send me where they are all early, and there I will know what is good. But it does not matter. Do not worry, you continue with your life. Nor will I tell you that I regret it . No. Nobody is going to take away what I did, not even to blows.
Then, at the end of the conversation, the mother says:
- "I have always loved you and I will always love you and I have said it, I do not care what happened, I will always love you, you are my son and I will love you always, always, listen to him", he said sobbing
