In the meeting of the Finance Committee of the Legislative Council this morning (10th), the issue of summoning officials continued to be discussed. Chen Jianbo scolded him for "shamelessness" and immediately expelled him from the scene. He ruled that Guo Jiaqi could not attend the afternoon meeting.

At the meeting, Chen Jianbo allowed each member to have 5 minutes to express opinions on the summons plan. When it was Guo Jiaqi's turn to speak, he first mentioned that the University of Hong Kong research pointed out that 1 out of every 5 Hong Kong people now suffers Trauma sequelae, of which about 300,000 people are related to police riots in the anti-revision storm in the past six months.

Guo Jiaqi later mentioned the 7.21 Yuen Long incident, 8.31 Prince Edward Station incident, and 10.1 police officers were suspected of firing real guns. Chen Jianbo asked him not to digress, otherwise he would stop his speech. Guo Jiaqi was dissatisfied, and then criticized Chen Jianbo as "eunuch" and Chen dissatisfied. He asked him to withdraw his remarks. Guo Jiaqi refused, and said, "The eunuch is an uncle, but you (Chen Jianbo) are self-proclaimed." Chen Jianbo was dissatisfied and expelled Guo from the court, ruling that he could no longer attend the afternoon meeting. Since the meeting was close to the original end time, Chen Jianbo immediately adjourned the meeting and resumed the afternoon meeting.

The Finance Committee will resume its meeting at 4 pm to continue discussing the issue of summoning officials. It is expected that today's meeting will not reach a consensus.
