The 2019 "FedEx Express / International Achievement Challenge for Youth Achievements" will feature the finals in Hong Kong and the finals in Asia Pacific.

Winners in the port finals will be eligible for the Asia Pacific Finals. The winning teams in the port area are Zeng Chuoxian (David) and Zhou Liangjie (Elvis) of Lasha College; Peng Kaiqing and Li Yuyu (Nydia) of St. Paul's School; and Marino Seminary School (Secondary School).
