Thousands of Americans demonstrated across the United States yesterday evening to demand a halt to the American escalation against Iran and their rejection of any war against it.

The British Daily Mail newspaper reported that the demonstrations included many US states and cities, including Washington, Nevada, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco, California, and others, and included thousands of demonstrators, including politicians.

The protesters held up banners reading "No to war against Iran" and "Stop Trump's war" and others calling for lifting sanctions against Iran while other protesters demanded the removal of US President Donald Trump and one of the protesters wore a mask to the American president's face holding a sign saying "I am your worst enemy" while In another banner, "War is a mistake and Trump is a terrorist ... Hold him back" and "Stop the war machine."

While a MoveOn statement said, "Trump's senseless actions have endangered the lives of large numbers of American soldiers, Iraqis and Iranians at risk ... We have learned our lessons from Iraq, Afghanistan and Yemen, and from endless world wars."

In South Korea, a crowd of anti-war activists protested in front of the US embassy in Seoul, demanding that Washington reduce the escalation against Iran and holding banners reading "Make Peace, Not Wars."
