Evo Morales: "I'm still president"

After the OAS submitted its report calling the presidential elections in Bolivia irregular, Evo Morales submitted his resignation. Morales now says he is still president because, constitutionally, the Plurinational Legislative Assembly has to accept or reject his resignation and this has not happened yet. Morales also says that there is a law of January 2016 that proclaims him president until January 22, 2020 and that said norm has not been repealed or declared unconstitutional.
