Several countries believe that Iran shot down Ukrainian plane 2:32
(CNN) - Iranian armed forces general personnel say that the Ukrainian plane was shot down due to human error, Iran attacked the passenger plane unintentionally, reports Iran's Press TV.
A total of 176 people died. Among them, 82 Iranians, 57 Canadians, 11 Ukrainians, 10 Swedes, four Afghans, three Germans and three British, according to the Ukrainian Foreign Minister.
