Phoenix Mountain woman fell to cliff and was sent to hospital for rescue

At about 2 pm today (11th), a 40-year-old woman walked a friend to Phoenix Mountain while walking near Luohan Tower. She suspected that she had fallen to the cliff and suffered multiple injuries. Her friend was shocked. Call for help. The Government Flying Service sent a helicopter to lift the woman. The injured was unconscious and was rushed to the Eastern Hospital where he was certified dead. Police are investigating the incident.

Fenghuang Mountain is the second highest peak in Hong Kong. The scenery along the way is magnificent but the terrain is dangerous. It is a difficult hiking route, which attracts many hiking enthusiasts. In recent years, there have also been accidents in Fenghuang Mountain by pedestrians. On January 8 last year, a 35-year-old man named Huang went to Fenghuang Mountain alone. He started on the Famen Ancient Road to attack Fenghuang Peak. Unexpectedly, he found he was lost at 5 pm, but he had to call the police for help. After receiving the report, the Fire Services Department immediately dispatched four fire trucks. A total of 25 front-line personnel went to Phoenix Mountain to find the hiker. After 12 hours, at 5:37 am the next day, they finally found the lost man under the Luohan Tower. The hiker was not injured and was accompanied by firefighters down the mountain and refused to be sent to hospital for treatment.

Accidents of falling cliffs have occurred, with at least five accidents last year. On December 22 last year, a 63-year-old man and his friend were hiking in Saigon. After taking photos of the Kapok Tung, a punching hotspot, they fell out of balance and fell back to the bottom of a 40-foot deep hole. Head tribal land, save your life.

On June 5, a man stumbled on the 25-meter hillside at Queen's Hill in Fanling. He was awake but lacked water. On April 7, two women and one man took an outing along the 5th section of the Lion Rock MacLehose Trail. One of them, a 29-year-old woman surnamed Wu, went to Shatian Pass and was accidentally dropped from a cliff 15 meters into a hillside. He was rescued and sent to hospital.

On March 31, a Filipino woman who was walking with five fellow villagers on a mountain trip was suspected to have fallen to the ground and fell about 30 meters and injured. After 15 hours of search and rescue overnight, at 8 am the next day, she was taken by helicopter to the Eastern Hospital for treatment.

On January 2, a 58-year-old man accidentally stumbled and fell to a cliff about 5 meters near the Immortal Stone River in the third section of MacLehose Trail, Saigon. His traveler called the police for help. He said the victim was awake and injured his forehead and feet. He was taken to hospital by helicopter.
