The incident happened at about 8 am yesterday. When a man passed by 25 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, 4 suspicious persons approached the victim, snatched his luggage and fled. The source said that when one of the thieves escaped, he accidentally dropped his wallet and remained at the scene. The victim picked it up and handed it to the police for investigation. It is understood that the wallet contains documents and the police wanted a 20-year-old man.

It is understood that the victim's surname was Huang, 39 years old, from Chaozhou and engaged in jewelry business. After entering the two-way permit yesterday morning, I left Tsim Sha Tsui Station by subway to go to the office building of Windsor Building, 29 Chatham Road South. At that time, he felt suspicious that someone was following him. When he reached 25 Chatham Road South, he was surrounded by four robbers.

The four thieves were Chinese men. They did not wear a mask when they committed the crime, violently beat the victim with bare hands, and snatched the victim's luggage. Luggage bags are all in cash, including US dollars, British pounds and euros, and the total cash is about 18 million Hong Kong dollars.

Police raided the CCTV of 25 Chatham Road South. The victim was also present at the scene to assist in the investigation. Later, the police accompany the colleague to return to the office building of Windsor Building for investigation. At 11:00 am, the police accompany the colleague to leave Windsor Building and return to the police station to assist the investigation.
