Philippine authorities are preparing Monday for a mass evacuation of at least half a million people, within a radius of 17 miles around the Tall Volcano, 60 miles south of the capital Manila. The volcano began to show signs of a high volcanic eruption yesterday. In addition, all studies in this area were canceled and all local authorities around the mountain were instructed to be evacuated immediately. As a precaution, flights at Manila International Airport were discontinued.

The Tall Volcano is considered to be one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world and is constantly monitored due to its potential danger. Monitoring is carried out not only by the Volcanic Institute in the Philippines, but also by the United Nations and international organizations engaged in volcanic activity.

Now the mountain emits smoke and ash to a height of 14 miles, and her heart boils flowing from the mountain's mouth. However, these phenomena are less worrisome for the authorities, who are preparing for a violent mountain outbreak known from previous eruptions as one of the deadliest in the world, and as such spitting boiling ash and large-scale gases.

The Seismological Institute in the state raised the state's alert to rank 4 out of 5, after the alert rose to level 3 yesterday, and the federal government has placed helicopters on alert for mass evacuation of residents. The lake's volcano is considered to be a popular tourist destination in the state, and there are many marinas for yachts and fishing clubs. To date, some 17,000 people have been evacuated from the area, and the army has sent 20 trucks and 120 fighters who will be ready to massacre the residents.

It is noted that 25 million of the state's residents, including residents of the capital Manila, are within 100 miles of the dangerous mountain. From past experience, it is known that the mountain is capable of dropping lava and boiling ash far beyond the 17-mile range currently on the line: hot gas barrels are considered far more dangerous than lava streams, as they are able to move quickly and injure large numbers of people.

Observations made in recent days on the mountain have detected movements of her heart under the muzzle, and the country's concern is about a violent outbreak in the coming days. In the event of such an event, the central government in the country will conduct mass evacuation of residents. The cause of the heavy apprehension in the Philippines stems not only from past experience, but also from the rapid development of the current event, in which the mountain became very active within a few days - without early warning.
