It is suspected that the three have taken advantage of both the medical plight of dozens of patients in the country and the plight of disadvantaged populations in various countries of the world who are forced to donate their organs for money. The suspects, each according to his or her part, are attributed to trafficking and brokerage of organ trafficking, fraudulently obtaining aggravated circumstances, conspiracy to commit a crime and using a forged document. During the police raid, searches were carried out at the company's offices in Ramat Gan and various computer materials and documents were seized. The investigation is underway with the Israel Police, accompanied by the Central District Attorney's Office.

The police emphasized that alongside the criminal and economic offenses, there is a serious public health risk, since these are organs sold for money in various countries without proper medical conditions and without having undergone laboratory supervision and testing.
