Is Uri Geller, the super-sensual and spellbinding illusionist, expected to accept the dream job at the British government and work alongside Boris Johnson? Reuters reports that 73-year-old Geller applied for a job at Downing 10 after being exposed to a job search for "an extraordinary group of people of different skills and backgrounds" to work as special advisers in an official government role. In Reuters, Geller was reported to believe that his forces could settle tensions in the Middle East and that no one really posed for him.

British Prime Minister Dominic Cummings's senior adviser has released the necessary post for government office after claiming that state services do not provide "true cognitive diversity". Cummings calls on "strange and exceptional people with special skills", data researchers and policy experts to contact his email account if they think they meet the requirements. A source close to the Israeli-British entertainer told The Telegraph: "Ori is 100 percent serious about the government role. He admits that his request may be one of the most unusual requests Dominique Cummings has ever received, but hopes he can see the potential value it has. Especially passionate about using his powers to cope with growing tensions in the Middle East. "

Geller's letter, as published in Reuters, opened with the words "Dear Dom" in which Geller wrote that his experience as a spy for the CIA and the FBI would be an asset to the British government. Geller also said that his career as an entertainment man was the "perfect mask" for his espionage work. The post reads: "While many doubted my abilities, my achievements as an illusionist and eye-catching artist cannot be erased. In my intelligence work, I assisted in the Gulf War, helped locate secret tunnels in North Korea and used my skills to erase important diplomatic discs on their way to Moscow."

Bending the spoons on the way to the UK government?

Geller recently revealed that he used his powers to help Johnson win last month's election by giving his aides a spoonful of positive energy - a spoon that belonged to Golda Meir, the former Israeli prime minister. He added that "he has conveyed positive energy to this spoon as part of my strategy to influence telepathic power on the UK public, to ensure that Jeremy Corbyn does not choose as prime minister." Geller wrote to Cummings: "Maybe you could use my skills in your dealings with Michelle Bernier," Geller added in his letter, referring to the barracks negotiations with the EU. However, Cummings and Johnson may not be impressed by Geller's "resume" after contacting British Prime Minister Theresa May in 2019, saying he believed he could prevent the EU from leaving the EU through telepathy.

Asked by Reuters whether he believed his pro-normal powers would give him an unfair advantage over other candidates, he said: "Yes, definitely. I don't think any of the candidates have any communication powers, but I'm not 100 percent sure."
