Registration for the auction is open since Tuesday and in the process will be sold aircraft and helicopters from the State that were used to transport officials.
"Luxury planes that have nothing to do with the reality of poverty that exists in our country, that is a reflection, an expression of how there were two worlds, the world of the people and the world of rulers," said the president
Andrés Manuel López Obrador during his morning press conference.
López Obrador stressed that the transparency office of the United Nations Organization oversees the sales process to ensure its transparency.

The value of the aircraft that will be auctioned reaches about 2.5 billion Mexican pesos, the authorities estimate.
In June 2019, AMLO said that the sale of the presidential plane and more state aircraft would help finance the plan to curb the flow of immigration to the United States.
