In the car of David Anderson and Francine Graham, who killed 4 people in a New Jersey Jewish grocery store in December, a powerful bomb was found in the United States

A powerful bomb was found in the car of David Anderson and Francine Graham, who shot dead four people at a Jewish supermarket in New Jersey last month.

Shooters at a kosher grocery store in New Jersey last month were planning to commit bigger acts of inferiority, authorities in the United States said yesterday. According to a report on the NJ.COM website, in the shooter’s van, David Anderson and Francine Graham, a massive bomb was found that could have killed people within a radius of about five football fields. In addition, a second bomb was found in the vehicle.

New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S.A. Gruell said investigators believe the shootings were "motivated by both anti-Semitism and anti-law enforcement beliefs." He added that they regard the shooting at the supermarket as domestic terror.

Authorities said the shooters belonged to the "Black Hebrews" group, a sect whose members believe to be the real Israelites. Craig Carpenito, a New Jersey state attorney, said that in a video from the kosher grocery, Anderson was documented saying, "They stole our heritage, they stole our discovery and they hired these guys to arrest us." The attorney described the shooting in Jersey City as "a senseless, vicious and cowardly act."

Detective Joseph Sills

In addition, authorities released more details about the incident in which Joseph Sills, a Jersey City police detective, was killed shortly before the grocery store attack. The detective, who came to the cemetery in Miami, apparently happened to meet Anderson and Graham. According to Carpenito, at the same time a message was issued to the local police about a wanted pickup truck, the same as the vehicle hired by the pair of shooters. Carpenito said that probably following the detective's interaction with the couple, they backed away from their "broader plan," which might have been far more powerful.
