Players of the Maccabi Netanya football team - Younes Melda, Gabi Kanikowski and Fall Finish - wrote a letter in "The Torah of the People of Israel" for blessing and success, initiated by Rabbi David Avraham Pressman, as part of the desire to create a connection and union with the people of Israel.
The event took place at the home of the Maccabi Netanya soccer team captain Almog Cohen, who also wrote a letter in the Torah scroll to lift his mother's soul for peace.
The special evening was organized by Rabbi Avraham Yeshayahu Eliyahu, a friend of the group, who recently accompanied the players in the approach of Judaism and even gave them a Torah lesson.

Every nation of Israel is united
So far, over 100,000 Jews have participated in the Sefer Torah of the Jewish People, under the leadership of Rabbi David Abraham Pressman, including Knesset members, mayors, rabbis, actors, singers, IDF soldiers, judges, prisoners, children, Teens and more.
When finished writing, the book will be inserted into the Western Wall. This is the first book of its kind in the history of the Jewish people written in such a way that unites the entire nation of Israel to its full range.
For the past two years, Rabbi Pressman has been giving the special privilege of writing a letter in the Torah of the Jewish people to people from all corners of Israeli society, with a series of rabbis, public figures, celebrities and even prisoners writing the Torah.
