Last updated: 2020-01-15 13:26The drunk man passed through a dormitory of a disciplined service in Kwai Chung in the early morning of New Year's Day this year. He was involved in pouring liquid into the parking lot entrance and throwing glass bottles and trash can covers into the dormitory. The police later arrested the salesman and charged him with one count of drunkenness and misconduct. The case appeared in the West Kowloon Magistracy today (15th). The defendant does not need to reply for the time being. The prosecution is considering other ways to deal with it. The chief magistrate, Luo Dequan, deferred the case until March 11th, pending the defense to obtain documents and consult legal advice. The defendant was granted bail on the original terms.
Defendant Xiao Haoming, 22, reported a salesperson. He was charged on January 1 this year with drunkenness and misconduct on the sidewalk outside Kwai Rong Court in Kwai Chung.
