Bolivia asks Argentina to prevent "calls to violence" by Morales 1:40
(CNN Espñaol) - On Wednesday, he visited the interim president of Bolivia, Jeanine Áñez, the Senior Director of the National Security Council for Western Hemisphere Affairs of the United States, Mauricio Claver-Carone.
The meeting was held at the Government Palace, where after it, Claver Carone recognized the work of the transitional government of Jeanine Áñez for the welfare of Bolivia. "I came to this trip on behalf of President (Donald) Trump to greet and acknowledge the work of President (Jeanine) Áñez at this time of transition and optimism for Bolivia," he told a press conference.
Likewise, the US government official said Trump is optimistic about Bolivia because "it has an opportunity for the future with more democracy, with a state of law and transparency," which "are important issues."
