At 10:42 am today (15th), at 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, a foreign man and woman fell from a flat in the serviced apartment K11 ARTUS, and lay on the open-air cafe of the Xianghai restaurant on the fourth floor of K11 MUSEA The police arrived at the scene and confirmed the death of the two. The police are investigating the incident. It is understood that the couple had a suicide note, and the two wore only underwear.
K11 ARTUS is a luxury hotel-style residence, which is one of the development projects of New World Development Company Limited Victoria Dockside (formerly known as New World Center). The project is fully completed and put into use in 2019, with a total floor area of 3 million square feet, providing office buildings, hotels and shopping malls. K11 ARTUS is a 14-storey building offering 287 units, ranging from open-plan to three-bedroom units, facing Victoria Harbour.
The mall K11 MUSEA opened at the end of August last year. However, in October, a fall occurred. A 53-year-old woman fell from the mall's office, lying in the atrium position, and crushing the coffee seat and basin.
