The Minister of Defense and Support of the Iranian Armed Forces, Brigadier Amir Hatimi, confirmed that the missile response by the Iranian armed forces to the American aggression of assassinating General Qassem Soleimani demonstrated Iran's decisive will to confront the enemy.
In a speech to him today, Hatami said, "The American military leaders who used to only show their empty capabilities against the people felt the ability of the Iranian armed forces ... We hope that the enemies will never again test the will of the Iranian people because what was done was a warning and a slap only."
In turn, Assistant and Senior Adviser to the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi, said that in light of the current critical conditions in the West Asian region and the assassination of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani by the American terrorist forces, it became necessary to enhance the defense, security and deterrence capabilities of the Iranian armed forces.
In his speech, Major General Safavi pointed to the missile response of the Islamic Revolution Guards in targeting the American military base in Iraq, pointing out that the United States is now in a weak position after the failure of its designs in the region.
