After a break in the rain, and the sun bouncing to visit us this week, prepare for a particularly rainy weekend: the weather today (Thursday) will be partly cloudy to cloudy, a drizzle to light local rain may occur. Temperatures will be noticeably unchanged.

In the north and in the mountains strong east winds will blow. At night, light local rains will occur mainly in the north of the country and the coastal plain, and there may be occasional thunderstorms.

Tomorrow temperatures will drop considerably, and by noon local rain will begin to rain mainly on the coastal plain, combined with thunderstorms. On Saturday, the storm continues - local rainfall has fallen from the north of the country to the Negev, and in Hermon it has snowed. There is also a slight fear of flooding in the eastern rivers.
