Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has reiterated that his country will not negotiate with Washington on a new agreement on the nuclear file.
Zarif said in a statement today, "We are ready to negotiate with the Gulf countries and are ready to make proposals on security in this region, especially in the Strait of Hormuz."
