Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel condemned the American policy against his country, describing it as "aggressive" and as harming Cuba.
Diaz Canel stressed in press statements last night that the restoration of relations between Havana and Washington should be based on mutual respect and coexistence despite the ideological difference, indicating that bowing to American demands will not improve the situation in Cuba.
Diaz Canel pointed out that Washington's situation is becoming more complicated in Latin America and the world against the background of its atrocities as it searches for excuses to blame its actions for others.
