No, the opposition is not a solution

Take care of yours

As the lists for the 23rd Knesset were closed, many became political orphans, refugees trying to find their way between the various parties. They are right-wingers and they are liberals; They believe in the free market and the land of Israel as a whole, with greater freedom of detail and subsequent construction in the settlements. Now they feel left alone.

The Likud, the National Liberal Party, is supposed to be their natural home. But in recent years, the word after the dash seems to have dropped. Nationalism in the Likud is booming, and well, but liberality has been almost completely forgotten. The Likud is the movement that should have engraved on its banner a civil marriage alongside a rabbinic marriage, which, instead of subsidizing "a cost to the neighbor," had to open the housing market to a free competition that would have caused prices to fall. But the deadly tornado we have been engulfed by all the logic of an endless election whirlwind.

Political system officials thought they had found a solution for those political orphans in the form of a blue and white party. The "Center" party, which is supposed to promote the values on which the Likud movement is based, is only slightly to the left. But not only is this not a proper solution, but white blue is likely to exacerbate the problem.

Blue and white is not a center party, just as it is a mistake to think that if you step on her boiling heart while it is snowing on our heads, we are comfortable in the stomach area. The unification of right-wing people who support the application of sovereignty over hatching with leftists who are willing to hand over homelands for the sake of domain peace, and connecting economic right-wingers with socialists, does not make a party a center, but a non-coherent mix of positions. The problem is that white blue is not just a trendy party, but a potent party. So what exactly will she do if she rules? Freeze or build? Menu or hardships? It will mostly mask the chaos and descent under the semblance of stability.

The right-wing frustration cannot find an outlet in the form of party support without a clear path or vision; A party to form a government will have to rely, whether you admit it or not, on the voices of those who see Zionism, the miraculous movement that returned with its homeland, a historic injustice that must be repaired.

The only solution is to lift the glove. The right-wing camp should be refreshed and voted in droves. We must return to being the landlords, not refugees. We must find and promote right-wing, political and economic candidates who will agree to enter the political system and change it from within. Instead of complaining about our political orphanage, we must go home and arrange it. True, it will take time, and we may already take power for granted, but the way to balance the right does not go through its elimination and sending it to the opposition.
