Syria's permanent representative to the United Nations, Dr. Bashar Jaafari, confirmed that the Turkish newspaper Yurt confirmed since the beginning of the crisis in Syria the preparation of terrorist organizations to use chemical weapons against the Syrians to accuse the Syrian government.
Al-Jaafari said during a meeting in New York about allegations of using a chemical weapon in the city of Douma that western countries, particularly the United States, are working to politicize the work of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons to serve their agendas.
Al-Jaafari made it clear that the state sponsors of terrorism in Syria pushed for the formation of six mechanisms
International to fabricate accusations against Syria.
