The Iraqi Military Intelligence Directorate announced today the penetration and dismantling of a terrorist cell in the northern city of Mosul.
The Sumariah news site quoted the Intelligence Directorate as saying in a statement that as a result of accurate information, forces from the Military Intelligence Division managed to dismantle a terrorist cell and arrest its members, noting that they were operating in the areas of the Dam of Mosul, the area of agrarian reform, and the area of Al-Kuwair Bridge, south of Mosul, who were wanted to eliminate terrorism charges.
It is noteworthy that five Iraqis were wounded today by two explosive devices in the north and east of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
