Among other things, he told how Zagori approached the head of the Bnei Shlomo crime organization so that they would not be harmed by the state because of its proximity to Michael Moore. "Nivi (Zagori) does not start wars if he has no interest. He went to speak to my son Shlomo who will not hurt me because I am related to Michael Moore," he said. "Nivi did not worry about me, he had an interest in protecting me and would not hurt me. Nivi does not go to war in crime organizations. He only harms anyone who testifies against him. He wanted peace with his sons." Later, he added, "there was a disconnect between me and Nivi. He went underground, suspected that I was recording it."

The state witness explained to the judges the power relations among the crime organizations in the south: while he says that the sons of Shlomo and Shmulik Roche are friends, the latter is in dispute with Michael Moore, and between Shlomo and Zagori there are tensions. "Suddenly I, who is close to Michael Moore, was arrested on suspicion of murdering Corcus," he said.

For years, Zagori was considered the head of the great crime organization in the south, with his right hand being Tal Corcus. Zagori fully trusted Corkus until the latter stopped and opened his mouth against the "boss" sent in 2009 to seven years in prison following testimony. In 2016, about six months before Corcus was liquidated, while he was in custody for violent offenses against his divorced Deborah Hirsch, the latter was shot dead in the eyes of her children in Beer Sheva. It is suspected that Hirsch was killed for revenge for Zagori's overthrow by Corcus.

In June 2017, on suspicion, Corcus, who was then a state witness, was assassinated by Zagori's revenge for having previously framed him. A few months later, Elisha Sabah, the man who led to the conviction of Zagori's Adam the "hired killer," was eliminated. Following Sabah's testimony, Ital was sent to prison. During the investigation of the present case, a close associate of Zagori was recruited as a state witness and allegedly criminalized the organization's leaders after being present at the killings and knowing about the planning that preceded them. The indictment attributes to the defendants felony murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, conspiracy to commit crime, weapons offenses, disruption of court proceedings and other offenses.

Meanwhile, on Friday, it was permitted for publication that Solomon - mentioned in the testimony of a state witness, who heads a crime organization in the South, was arrested in a wave of arrests along with another 36 suspects, some of whom are members of his organization. Among other things, suspicion was investigated that Bnei Shlomo, the head of a Southern crime organization, had set up a system of distributing fictitious tax invoices headed by him and another suspicious partner, estimated at about NIS 1 billion.
